Terms & Conditions
Your agreement
By placing an order with TRC Branded Solutions, you agree to the terms below.
Artwork & permissions
All custom designs submitted are assumed to have full permission for use. By placing an order you confirm you own the rights to the uploaded artwork or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to reject any offensive or inappropriate designs.
Payment
Orders are processed only after full payment is received. Banking: TRC Branded Solutions (PTY) LTD · Capitec Business Account · Account 1055415203 · Branch 450105.
Proofs & approval
We send a designer-prepared proof within 24–48 business hours after files are received. One minor revision is included; additional changes may be billed. We never print without your written approval via form or email.
Print quality & colour
Low-resolution files may affect print quality — we will notify you with options. Due to screen vs. CMYK differences, slight colour variation may occur.
Turnaround & delivery
Standard production lead time is 2–5 working days from artwork approval and payment received. Banner printing is 5–10 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Turnaround times may vary slightly during peak seasons or public holidays. Collection is free in Brackenfell; nationwide courier via The Courier Guy is quoted per order.
Quotes
Instant online quotes use indicative “from” pricing. Final pricing is confirmed after artwork, branding specifications and stock availability have been reviewed. There is no charge or obligation to request a quote.
