What we collect
Your name, email address and contact number; delivery address and billing information; and the designs, photos and customisation inputs you upload for printing.
How we use your information
To process and deliver your orders; to personalise your shopping experience; and to communicate updates, offers and order-related information. We only send marketing where you have given consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorised staff.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by PayFast. We never see or store your card details.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with service providers who help fulfil your order — for example The Courier Guy for delivery. They may not use your information for anything else.
Your rights (POPIA)
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to update or remove it. Email terenced@trcbrandedsolutions.co.za and we will action it promptly.
